Your Client Relationship Manager is supported by a deep and experienced operations team to ensure that your needs with regard to money transfers, address changes, tax documentation, registering for online statements, and other related functions are met. Evergreen does not use 800 numbers with complex voice response systems. We believe the longevity of our client relationships is a result of both sound investment advice as well as exceptional client service.
Clients are invited to periodically schedule appointments to review their portfolios with their Client Relationship Manager as well as a member of the investment committee. Your ongoing interaction with members of our investment committee helps promote clarity and confidence in our portfolio management process.
